So on my way home from my friends tonight, there was a DUI stop. So this cute younger cop asks for my license and stuff, and I handed it to him. He walks around to the back of my car, shines the light into it and then checks the plate.
He comes back and hands me my stuff, then says, “So you’re a Jersey girl living in North Carolina who roots for the Bruins… How’d that happen?” (He saw my huge ass Bruins magnet, I assume, and my license is still NJ.)
And I said, “It’s a long story.”
He laughed, then told me, “Well, I’m rooting for the Rangers. Sorry Ma’am, have a good night, drive safe.”
It was really hilarious, not gonna lie.
